Headed to Ixtapa

We departed Manzanillo this am and made a quick side trip north to a beautiful bay & got our morning snorkel on! The water temp is 80 degrees everywhere & feels fantastic. Aside from some unsuspecting little stinging amoebas that got us a few times, (those tiny suckers feel like a bee sting!) we were able to spot these beautiful angel fish. There were huge schools of small little grey fish that swam with us almost the entire time and those little guys were fun to watch. What a great start to the day! We are cruising to Ixtapa / Zihuatanejo today and won't arrive until lunchtime tomorrow. We sure hope to catch some Mahi Mahi en route. Who knows... A marlin could hop on our line too!
