Feliz Año Nuevo!

One of the best New Years Eve's I can remember (minus the fiscal cliff hoo-ha) was spent with just the two of us... We took our boat out onto Banderas Bay and waited to ring in the new year watching the parade of fireworks along the bay. I kept waiting for a whale to breech and say hello out of the pitch darkness, but alas no whale. You could see the fireworks all at once from Punta Mita to Mismaloya... An expansive 30 mile stretch and what a show it was! A great bottle of champagne was popped and we toasted the new year and especially each other! It was a truly romantic night (yes, I'm getting sappy!!) as we cuddled on top of the boat with a cool tropical breeze in our hair and the rain falling upon us. It was the most spectacular way to ring in the new year with my true love!!!

Last Days of the Year!

Brad & I have been having the best time here in Puerto Vallarta with all the fam... celebrating the holidays and just enjoying being together!! We've had a lot of beach time, great lunches & dinners on board, gone tubing with the kiddos, walked the Malécon and enjoyed the sights along with numerous adventures. One hilarious event was our evening of crocodile hunting... Flashlights in hand we cruised in our dingy up the canal. We spotted our croc and was hoping for a plethora, however the sheer adventure of it all was entertainment in itself. Enjoy the pics & we wish you a healthy & prosperous New Year!!

Zootastic!

The boys ventured to El Tigre golf course to enjoy a day on the greens, while the girls got the BEST adventure out of a trip to the Puerto Vallarta Zoo! With hardly no rules intact and a "hands on" day of feeding & mingling with wild animals...We loved every minute of it and our fave animals were the hippo, the giraffe, the bear, and of course the baby tigers!! Wyatt even surprised us when he said... Look at the big snake! It was above our heads hanging from a jungle vine... Cage free as can be. Another huge boa constrictor on z loose! It was truly a zootastic day!!
